Take Action: Support Pre-K
Our city's slowing financial situation is leading some to question whether it’s the right time to invest in pre-k for every child. We believe differently. We believe the strength of a city's economic vitality and sense of community lies in how well it prepares its children for successful futures.
Council Chair Vince Gray and members of the DC Council agree with us. That is why on May 6, they will pass landmark pre-k legislation on to the Mayor for his signature. In these tough financial times, they need to know we support them.
The Pre-K for All DC Campaign asks you to take just two minutes to thank the DC Council for their historic leadership on behalf of our city's children.
