Support Federal Pre-k Legislation in 2008!
States like Georgia and Oklahoma are leading the way toward a bright
future by making pre-voluntary kindergarten available to all families,
but the states can’t do it alone.
In 2008 we need our representatives to support federal legislation that
will provide early learning for all children.
Fill out the form to tell your representatives to support quality pre-k for all children.

Subject: Support Pre-K for All Children in 2008!
Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,
I urge you to support federal legislation that will provide voluntary, quality early education for all children. From improved academic outcomes to the savings for states, schools, and taxpayers, the benefits of high-quality pre-kindergarten are irrefutable.
In the last two years, states have nearly doubled their investments in pre-k for three- and four-year-old children. To assist states in the drive toward high-quality pre-k for all children, we need Congress to move ahead with pre-k legislation in 2008.
Please urge your colleagues in Congress to create a new incentive grant program that supports state efforts to expand the capacity and improve the quality of publicly funded pre-kindergarten.
Help make federal legislation for quality pre-k education a priority in 2008.
Thank you for your time and attention. I hope to see you address this issue soon.
Sincerely,
